This Crockpot shredded Chicken meal prep is a game changer……all you do is toss all of the ingredients in the good ole’ crock, and let it cook either on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours when it’s done shred and use some of it for dinner! and freeze the rest for quick go to weeknight meals.Don’t be confused by the salsa…if you think about it, it adds the perfect flavor of the onions tomatoes and garlic. I suggest using mild or medium so it will easily pair with almost any shredded chicken recipe you wish to make or create 😉.
